Summer Camp Meeting Information

Our thanks go out to all of the parents that attended the Summer Camp meeting last week. The handout has been provided here. Detailed discussions on each of the points in this document will be conveyed to you via email over the next several weeks. Please watch your email accounts and read the messages immediately. Also be sure to sign your scout up for one of the upcoming swim tests. Our Summer camp goal is for all scouts attending to have fun and stay safe. Your cooperation will help to ensure that this goal is achieved for all.

Renaissance Faire at the Mercer County Park

During the Lions Club Renaissance Faire, we will have two midway type games, a beanbag knockdown and a crossbow game with soft tipped bolts. This is the trooops main fundrasier for the year. All parents should provide Motoko (motoko@comcast.net) with a time they are available Sat or Sun. There are four shifts each day.

New Campout Sign-up Process

Our new electronic sign-up process must now be used to register for campouts. The three steps to this process are i) register, ii) pay, iii) email the permission slip. It really is quite simple. Complete instructions are attached to this announcement and can be found under "Files." If you have any difficulty or have questions please email questions@westwindsor66.mytroop.us.

Registration & Online Payments Beginning with the September campout, registration and payments must be made online. Check your email for information and instructions.

Troop Permission Slip Please complete a troop permission slip for each activity. Form can be found under the "Files" menu selection.
